We are looking for a Regional Space Planner (m/f/d) based in Munich or Berlin/Hamburg in a permanent position in full time  for our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

  • Primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent client experience
  • Deliver recurring space planning tasks aligned with KPIs, including move reports, digital updates, data corrections, and satisfaction tracking
  • Manage client requests via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence
  • Plan, track, and coordinate all moves, including relocations, expansions, and reconfigurations
  • Oversee space inventory, furniture, and workstation planning
  • Forecast future space needs based on growth, reorganisation, or downsizing and provide strategic recommendations
  • Facilitate client meetings to define space requirements (headcount, adjacencies, special needs)
  • Collect, analyse, and report space and occupancy data to support informed decision‑making
  • Review and update CAD drawings and space databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate space, occupancy, and utilisation records
  • Support additional tasks and initiatives as required

WHAT STRENGTHS YOU USE

  • Bachelor’s degree (Architecture, Interior Design, or related field advantageous)
  • Strong space planning expertise and knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Stakeholder management and customer service experience
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of English
  • AutoCAD / Revit experience
  • Google Workspace proficiency
  • Project management capabilities
  • German language skills
