YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Data Center Technician, you together with your team are responsible to ensure that electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections & building related installations are delivered on our contracted sites in the Brussels area. Your main tasks include the following:
  • Conduct daily (mechanical / electrical) inspection tours and routine checks on site
  • Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance
  • Deliver mechanical and/or electrical maintenance works as well as installations
  • React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed
  • Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment
  • Manage service-related administration

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant technical discipline (Electrician / Mechanical / HVAC, etc.) or equivalent
  • You have initial experience with maintenance and repair work + knowledge of electrical/mechanical installations, preferrably in critical environments
  • Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and solution-oriented personality with a strong eye for quality & service delivery
  • Good understanding of technical installations and the openess to constantly develop your skills further
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Organizational with an inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
