Technical Planner’s main tasks is to ensure the operational delivery of daily work within and outside of the Base FM Scope.
The Technical Planner are also to manage and follow up internal CBRE processes. Making sure that the delivery is in line with the statutory requirements, CBRE regulations, Client standards and CBRE’s QHSE and RISE policy.
Main duties Technical Planner:
- Creating, maintaining and reviewing planned preventive maintenance framework
- Ensuring that activities are completed on time and SLAs met
- Breaking large jobs down into phases of development
- Meeting with contractors and suppliers
- Demonstrating and sharing knowledge of installations
- Maintaining a good structure of service protocols, inspections protocols and drawings
- Identifying constraints and risks
- Identifying technical reviews and audits as well as their timing
- Responsible for CMMS & Quantum (CBRE internal systems)
- Overlook on asset management and spare parts
- Support as backup to Technical Team Leader/Contract Manager
- Participate in the development of work procedures and processes
- Participate in the organization of the team
- Attend and conduct training of technical staff
- The Technician Planner shall also participate in and/or carry out other customary tasks within the framework of the team and the employment
